At Clover Living, Independent Living is for seniors who look for affordable and fair-market priced rental accommodation to enjoy an active, independent lifestyle in a 55-plus community. 

Independent living is all about making your life easier than giving up your independence. It is ideal for those who wish to free themselves up from home upkeep; to focus on their own well-being; and to be in a safe supportive community where they can stay active, make friends and develop their own interests.

When a resident chooses independent living, he or she has the physical and mental capacity to live independently, but wants companionship from others or simply to enjoy the active lifestyle in which the community and its neighbourhood areas can offer.

Clover Living offers Independent Living residents the following:

  • Suites include a functional kitchenette (Stovetop, Hood Fan, Microwave and Fridge)
  • Utilities are all inclusive
  • 24/7 on-site Front Desk and Emergency Response Staff to assist
  • Resident Support staff during office hours
  • Wellness, Social and Recreational Activities and Events
  • All Amenities
  • Supported community giving and engagement opportunities

Independent Living residents can also access Homecare services through Alberta Health Services while residing at Clover Living. They also can access other services such as meals, housekeeping, laundry and others for an additional fee on a one-time or scheduled basis.

Supportive Living

Supportive living provides accommodation in a home-like setting, where people can remain as independent as possible while they have access to accommodation and services that meet their changing needs.

At Clover Living, Supportive Living is for 55-plus seniors and adults who look for affordable quality accommodation and supportive services to enjoy an active, independent lifestyle in a primarily 55-plus community.  Supportive living is all about making your life easier and stress-free from daily living than giving up your independence. It is ideal for those who wish or need to free themselves up from home upkeep and daily living chores; to focus on their own well-being; and to be in a safe supportive community where they can stay active, make friends and develop their own interests.

When a resident chooses Supportive Living, he or she has manageable mobility and mental capacity to live independently, but wants or needs supportive services such as nutritional meals, housekeeping, laundry and home upkeep, and wellness and social/recreational programs; companionship from others or simply to enjoy the active lifestyle in which the community and its neighbourhood areas can offer. In addition, he or she wants to have 24/7 onsite front desk & emergency response staff to be there for them should they require assistance.

Clover Living offers Supportive Living residents the following:

  • Weekly Housekeeping
  • Weekly Bedding Laundry & Changing
  • Suites with Cable TV, Telephone and a Kitchenette with Microwave and bar-size Fridge
  • Utilities are all inclusive
  • 24/7 on-site Front Desk and Emergency Response Staff to assist
  • Resident Support staff during office hours
  • Wellness, Social and Recreational Activities and Events

  • Supported community giving and engagement opportunities
