Our Team

We have a fully staffed facility in order to provide a comfortable, safe and secure environment for each of our residents to enjoy. Our staff members speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and they will go out of their way to make sure every resident feels important and part of the family.

Our team includes:

  • Maintenance & Facility Management
  • Front Desk & Security staff
  • Housekeeping & Laundry aides
  • Food Service aides

You will always find Front Desk & Security staff on duty 24 hours, 7 days a week, with no exceptions. They perform daily patrols of our exterior and interior grounds, keep records of all visitors, trades and occupants, and are ready to respond to any emergency.

At Clover Living, we are committed to protecting our residents’ private information and safety. All of our staff have undergone mandatory Police Checks, are trained on the Protection of Privacy Information Act, Protection of Person-in-care, Health & Safety standards, and the Fire Safety & Emergency Preparedness Plan. Also, most employees, including all Front Desk, Security and Resident Support staff, have up-to-date First Aid certifications.
